| History: Started back in 2002 this league was originally titled the "Newfie Bowl", but changed to the "IFFL" in it's second year, 2003. The name change seemed appropriate cause at that time we had managers from the United States, Canada and England. It's a lite and fun, yet competitive, league. Most of the manager spots are filled by regulars, but there are usually a couple of spots freed up from year to year. | |

| League: Rochester Elite | |
| History: Like the IFFL, this league started in 2002 as well. It is a more competitive and serious league. The managers are pretty much all regulars, and there is a wait list to get into this league. It originally consisted of only Rochester locals, but one manager has since moved out of town, but kept his spot in the league. | |

| History: I'll try to get my buddy to give the history of this league, as he is the commish. In the meantime, here is a brief rundown. This is a keeper league, which was started elsewhere, ended up in Fanball.com for a few years, and than in 2009 it moved to Yahoo. | |
