Also, I think I'm going to be switching to dual Instant poisons.  The reasoning, this statement from shadowpanther.net…

So, after you reach level 32, you should switch from dual Instant Poisons to dual Wound Poisons (unless you have Improved Poisons) to maximize your damage.
