A Walk

So Brenner and I went for a walk around the neighborhood. There is this kid going up and down the sidewalk on his scooter. He has a rat on his shoulder. He is flying up and down the sidewalk, and the rat just sitting on his shoulder or clinging to his arm.
That alone is enough to merit mention, but there is more. So he stops and asks me my dogs name. I say Brenner. I ask him the name of his rat. He says 2. I said “oh, he’s 2 years old is he?” To which he replies, “yes, and his name is 2 as well.”
So I’m leaving and he asks if Brenner is a boy or a girl. I inform him that Brenner is a boy, and I walk off. A few seconds pass and he yells out to me, “So she has nuts right?” 
To which I yell back, “Yes, she has nuts.” LOL
