Golf: The Hole in one Round

August 13 | Posted by Geoff | Blogs

You may have read that my buddy Jason got a hole-in-one on Sunday, August 9, 2009. It’s suppose to be in the paper here shortly. Anyway, I thought I’d include the hole by hole score card for Jason (and myself) during his hole in one round. This was the first hole-in-one I’ve ever seen. It was a beautiful shot (when is a hole-in-one not) with the ball hitting the left most side of the green, and rolling from left to right, gently falling into the left hand side of the cup. At least that’s how I viewed it from 153 yards away. :)

Anyway, here is the score card. Hole-in-one was on hole 11.

Seriously, still can’t believe I saw an actual hole-in-one, live, while I was playing.

By the way, Dave and I golfed on Wednesday. This time, on the 11th hole, the pin was way over the right side of the green. I put it within 10 feet of pin, with it rolling back towards the hole. Was hoping to see it twice in four days. :) Then I managed to screw it up with a two putt. :(
