He Sits
June 25 | Posted by Wilson | Wilson's WritingsHe sits staring, dreaming,
lost in so called reality.
Puzzled, confused and questioning,
is it all God’s creativity?
His doubting eyes are directed at the field below,
there sits a solitary girl.
Mesmerized by her happiness, wondering
where she found it in this world?
He sits transfixed by her powerful spell,
for there’s a belief in her eyes.
Amazed at her inner peace, picturing
a feeling he may never realize.
He questions if she understands,
that it is a gift she has been given.
For the very reason for our existence is to
find the one thing we can believe in.
